At Scent of Seduction, we take pride in offering high-quality, long-lasting oil-based fragrances. Due to the personal nature of perfumes, we encourage customers to carefully consider their selection before purchasing.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
We strongly recommend testing fragrances at one of our market locations where possible, or reaching out to us for guidance before purchasing, as scent preference is highly personal.
Refunds
Refunds are not typically offered. However, in accordance with consumer protection guidelines, refund requests may be considered within 7 days of delivery under exceptional circumstances.
To be eligible for a refund:
* The product must be returned in its original condition
* The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order
* Proof of purchase is required
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

* Fragrances that have been significantly used cannot be returned
