Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Scent of Seduction, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment has been received. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted courier services, including PUDO (by The Courier Guy) and The Courier Guy, to deliver your orders across South Africa.

Customers may receive their order via:
* PUDO locker collection
* Door-to-door courier delivery

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Please allow a total of 5–7 working days from the date of order to receive your parcel.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and will depend on your delivery method and location.

From time to time, we may offer promotions such as free delivery on selected orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where applicable) to monitor your delivery.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Scent of Seduction is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Information

Please ensure that your delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist in resolving the issue.
